Filter principle of cake layer

Operation process

1. pre filtration

When the material enters the filter container, the large particles bridge the surface of the filter medium. The small particles pass through the filter medium and return to the original liquid tank.

2. Filtration process

In the pre filtration stage, the material is gradually clarified and then enters the filtration procedure. The filter cake becomes the main filter layer, and the fine particles are intercepted.

3. Filter cake drying

In the drying process of filter cake, at the same time, the gas is forced to pass through the filter cake, and the filtrate in the filter cake is discharged by the gas, so as to compress the filter cake and reduce the content of the filter cake.

4. Back blowing and slag removal

After the filter cake is cleaned and dried, each filter unit will be impacted by the counter gas. As the filter medium expands, the filter cake will crack and be pulled away from the medium, and the filter cake will be completely discharged.
